PingShift is committed to making pingshift.gg usable for as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technology or keyboard-only navigation.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for the public marketing pages, account flows, and support content on this site.

What we have in place

  • Skip link to jump straight to the main page content
  • Visible keyboard focus on links, buttons, and form fields
  • Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks, and labels
  • Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast
  • Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation
  • FAQ sections that work with keyboard and screen readers

Known limitations

Some third-party widgets, such as payment forms and bot protection, are provided by outside vendors and may not fully match our standards. The PingShift Windows app is a separate product and has its own accessibility profile.
