This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and VodVisor LLC for the PingShift Windows desktop application and related software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA and our Terms of Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal gameplay routing while your subscription or trial is active. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.
The Software uses destination-based split tunneling. It routes traffic only to the IP addresses and subnets of supported game servers (Valorant at launch). General web browsing, downloads, and non-game traffic remain on your normal ISP connection. You may not reconfigure the Software to use our network as a general VPN or proxy.
The Software requires an active PingShift account. Access requires a valid paid subscription or an active trial period. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of our Terms, abuse, or fraud.
We may provide updates, patches, or changes to the Software. Some updates may be required to continue using the service.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC PING VALUES, RANK OUTCOMES, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL SYSTEMS. USE OF THIRD-PARTY ROUTING SOFTWARE WITH ONLINE GAMES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VodVisor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including game account actions by third-party publishers.
