PingShift is a product operated by VodVisor LLC. By downloading our Windows desktop client or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our software or network.
PingShift offers specialized network routing and split tunneling built for competitive online games. The goal is to reduce latency and keep packet flow steadier on supported titles (Valorant at launch).
We cannot promise a specific ping drop. Your results depend on your ISP, location, and infrastructure outside our control. You need a stable broadband connection for the service to work properly.
Our tunnels are for gameplay traffic only. You may not use PingShift for malicious activity, file downloads, general web browsing, or as a proxy to hide your identity online.
Do not share your account credentials. One subscription covers one person on one active device at a time. Running the client on multiple computers under the same account is not allowed.
You must also follow the terms of the games you play, including Riot Games policies. Breaking these rules can lead to immediate account termination without a refund.
PingShift is a paid subscription service. Prices may change, and we will post updates before they apply to new billing periods.
When you subscribe, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until you cancel.
Because we provide immediate digital network access and offer a free trial, subscription charges are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle starts. Contact support if you believe you were charged in error.
Free trials may run without a card on file. When your trial ends and you do not have an active paid plan, you cannot connect to game nodes.
Personal refer-a-friend rewards are granted only after a referred friend completes their first paid subscription month. A free trial alone does not qualify. You can earn up to 3 free months per calendar year through referrals.
Commercial creator affiliate programs, commission payouts, and creator marketing rules are governed by our separate Affiliate Agreement. You must accept that agreement before applying to the creator program.
We check IP address, device identifiers, account identity, and payment method fingerprints to catch abuse. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, shared payment methods, or coordinated fraud will result in denied rewards and may lead to immediate account cancellation without refund.
Attempting to bypass the 3-day trial limit is a material violation of these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes hardware spoofing, disposable or temporary email abuse, scripted account creation, and any attempt to rotate devices, payment methods, or identities to obtain unauthorized trial access.
If we detect or reasonably suspect trial abuse, we may immediately and without notice permanently ban related accounts, associated hardware hashes, referral rewards, and affiliate payouts. We may also disable access across linked accounts.
Using third-party routing software is your choice and your risk. VodVisor LLC, its operators, and network partners are not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or penalties from game developers (including Riot Games) that may result from using the PingShift client.
We work hard to keep servers online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages, maintenance, and network issues can happen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VodVisor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. That includes lost game data, lost profits, or downtime caused by your use of or inability to use the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
