Microsoft SmartScreen Warning
New apps often get a SmartScreen prompt the first time you run the installer. That is normal for a new publisher. Download only from pingshift.gg and follow the steps below.
Download from our site
Get the installer from pingshift.gg or your account dashboard. Do not use download links from random forums or Discord DMs.
Click More info on the warning
When Windows says it protected your PC, do not click Run on the first screen. Click More info first. That expands the dialog and shows who published the file.
Click Run anyway
After More info, click Run anyway. You are telling Windows you trust the installer you just downloaded from us.
Finish setup and sign in
The installer sets up the routing service and desktop app. When it is done, open PingShift, sign in with your account, pick a region, and connect.
